One kilometer at a time!

 

Running has become a sort of meditation for me.

  • It puts a pause to my turmoil of thoughts,

  • It gives me purpose when I feel disconnected,

  • It gives me focus when I’m torn between the past and the future,

  • It makes me go that extra mile when I want to give up.

  • It brings coherence out of me, it brings strength out of me… in many ways it brings the best out of me.

  • This is my second 10k race and I’m proud to have achieved my goal of finishing in 65 mins.
