One kilometer at a time!
Running has become a sort of meditation for me.
It puts a pause to my turmoil of thoughts,
It gives me purpose when I feel disconnected,
It gives me focus when I’m torn between the past and the future,
It makes me go that extra mile when I want to give up.
It brings coherence out of me, it brings strength out of me… in many ways it brings the best out of me.
This is my second 10k race and I’m proud to have achieved my goal of finishing in 65 mins.
